World population is increasing unabated, moreso in developing countries of Afica, Asia and Latin America, putting great pressure on natural resources to produce adequate food of good nutritional value to ensure global food security under climate change. Over mining of nutrients, depleting soil organic carbon, secondry salinization due to excessive irrigation and reduced arable land area due to urbanization necessitate some short of regenerative agriculture for sustainable food production. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is significantly contributing in precision agriculture, environment management, human and livestock health, industrial production as well as service sector. AI offers innovative data driven solutions to complex problem in all walks of life. Application of AI is impact full in agriculture, environment conservation, health care and industrial production to enhance efficiency, sustainability and productivity outcomes. AI is transforming these and several other sectors important for Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

AI is revolutionizing agriculture through precision farming, optimized resource use while minimizing environmental impact and enhanced supply chain management. AI-powered sensors and drones monitor crop health, soil quality and weather patterns. Automated irrigation systems optimize water usage based on real-time data. Early prognosis through machine learning enables detection and management of potential diseases and pest infestations and predict crop yields. Moreover, AI can enhance productivity, reduce wastage, lower water and nutrient usages with greater efficiency and minimize environment footprint through sustainable farming practices.
